Gerald Marshall Jr., S.P.P.A. - President
Mr. Marshall, Jr. has been a licensed adjuster since 1978. Mr. Marshall has been
an active member of the National Association
of Public Insurance Adjusters, where in 1985 he obtained his S.P.P.A. Senior Professional Public Adjuster accreditation. Mr. Marshall
literally grew up in the business with his grandfather and father, and
has officially worked full time as a public insurance adjuster since
1978.
Immediately out of college, Mr.
Marshall opened the Houston Texas branch. In 1983 Mr. Marshall
orchestrated and administrated the efforts that assisted hundreds of
Hurricane Alicia victims and over 350 million dollars in claims. Mr.
Marshall also headed up the efforts to assist combined claims over
500 million dollars from Hurricane Hugo in Carolina and Hurricane
Andrew in Florida.
Mr. Marshall and the firm was
selected as Dallas Texas "TOP 100 fastest growing firms" in 1991 and
was runner up in 1992 for Dunn & Bradstreet's, "Entrepreneur of the
Year". He is a founding member of Texas Association of Public
Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) and serves on the board in TAPIA.
Mr. Marshall is currently licensed in Texas, Florida, Oklahoma and
Colorado. |

Gerald Marshall Sr. - Chairman
Gerald Marshall served in the United States Marine
in the Pacific during WW II.
After being honorably discharged in 1946, Mr. Marshall entered the
Public Adjusting field from the ground level, as an inventory
specialist, with the oldest and largest public adjusting firm in the
country.
Mr. Marshall attended the College of Insurance and soon became the
head of the Inventory Department. When Business Interruption
insurance coverage was becoming more prevalent, he attended the
Business Interruption school of the General Adjustment Bureau. The
school was taught by the then a world famous adjuster of this form
of insurance, George Simpson Jones, with the General Adjustment
Bureau. Mr. Jones inspired Mr. Marshall to specialize in Business
Interruption insurance.
Mr. Marshall became an officer and partner of the company and headed
various departments. In 1965, he became CEO and President. Mr.
Marshall has adjusted losses in every state in the contiguous United
States and in Europe and the Middle East. He has
spoken before many groups on insurance coverage's and adjusting of
losses. In 1972, Mr. Marshall was elected to the Presidency of the
prestigious National Association of Public Adjusters.
After his son joined the firm, they opened offices in Oklahoma
City, Houston and Boca Raton. |

Jack Marshall - Founder
Jack Marshall was the senior partner and chairman of the largest
public adjusting firm in the world and remained with the firm for 73
years as the Chairman of the Board (Emeritus). Considered a pioneer of
the industry, Mr. Marshall was known throughout the insurance business
as an expert in property damage and respected by his associates for
his impeccable integrity.
Jack Marshall served in World War I, he was
wounded in France as a Sergeant in the motorcyclist division. Mr.
Marshall was one of the founders of the National Association of Public
Adjusters. Through Jacks efforts the Association developed a strict
code of ethics to regulate the industry and instituted educational
requirements to keep its members abreast of a rapidly changing
insurance adjusting field. He insisted that all his employees become
members in the Association.
Mr. Marshall's son and grandson paid him
the highest compliment by joining him in the public adjusting business
to carry on the tradition of integrity he set for all to follow. |

Robert Snyder - Claims Specialist
A graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in
Mechanical Engineering. After gathering experience in new construction and
remodeling work, Rob joined the firm
as a licensed public adjuster in 1990. Since then, Rob has worked on
claims from the infamous Hurricane Andrew, the 1994 Houston flood and
many million dollar claims in and around Texas. While not handling
your claim, Rob is also the network administrator of our Local Area
Network (LAN) and Internet Liaison. |
